About Andrea Guerra

Andrea is a passionate real estate professional with a B.A. in English and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She sells real estate in her hometown, New Braunfels, Texas as well as in South Padre Island, Texas.

 

Formerly in Arlington and Dallas, she honed her skills in traditional and digital advertising at local ad agencies. An entrepreneur at heart, she ventured into opening a small business, franchising a dessert catering company. In 2018, she worked as a Sales Manager and Revenue Analyst at The Pearl Resort and condominiums in South Padre Island, gaining second home market experience and beginning her time in the space she has always been passionate about - real estate.

 

A proud mom of a four-year-old, she enjoys travel, working out, design, yoga, and dining experiences.
