I cannot say enough about Libby Harris. My husband and I were looking to relocate to Texas due to extenuating circumstances and were looking to purchase a home sight unseen. So when she posted she was now a realtor, even though at the time I wasn’t looking to purchase a house, I knew she was going to be my number 1 pick to be my realtor when I was ready. Not just because we were friends, but I remembered in college Libby had a good work ethic and was a very determined, good kind-hearted person. But also a no-nonsense person. That had not changed much at all when I called her 2 years before I bought my house just to start getting an idea of what and where I needed to be to be successful in purchasing a home. She explored every avenue possible, using the resources available to her even at one point talking directly to a bank owner who at the time was working on my deal. There were a lot of ups and downs throughout the whole process which started back in February 2022. And when I say ups and downs I mean right up to 2 weeks before I purchased the house there were unforeseen issues. Even then the one thing I never had to question was how hard Libby was working on my behalf. She had no problem asking hard blunt questions when necessary, she doesn’t do pressure selling, and she’s very honest about what is possible for the person she’s working with. Libby’s good at her job and she takes that part (being good) seriously. She works hard, she listens to her clients and she will do her very best to guide her clients to the best home they want to be in. I finally got to buy my house at the end of the year. And I couldn’t be happier with my home. I’m glad I got to go through this experience with Libby. There aren’t very many realtors out there who are willing to go to the lengths she went to to help me buy my home. If you need a realtor in Central Texas who’s not going to waste your time, then she’s your girl!
